About the Journal
Focus and Scope
Global biodiversity has an anthropogenic threat. Sustainable management of biodiversity is itself a challenging task in the modern era. It is more challenging in the case of developing countries like Nepal. Our knowledge on flora and fauna is limited due to limited budget and enthusiasm. In this context, the results of various research works on micro-organism, plant, animal and environment disseminated through this journal would be a positive response to the global threat of climate change by reducing the effects of human activities on environment. Thus, the journal not only helps enhance and share knowledge on the importance of biodiversity among scholars, researchers and scientists, but it also helps to conserve and manage the biological diversity of Nepal.
ZOO-Journal (ZJ) is a peer reviewed journal of Zoology and Environmental Sciences, which is jointly published by Department of Zoology and Zoological Society Pokhara (ZOOSOP) under Prithvi Narayan Campus, Tribhuvan University, Pokhara, Nepal.
