The Tribhuvan University Journal of Food Science and Technology is a double-blind, peer- reviewed journal that focuses on original research and review articles related to Food Science and Technology.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
The articles in TUJFST are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. This license allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator.

The price of print copies of TUJFST is NRs. 250.00 and they can be obtained from the Central Department of Food Technology, Tribhuvan University, Dharan, Nepal.
Peer-Review Process
The TUJFST Journal is double-blind, peer reviewed journal. The guidelines are submitted to reviewers. 3 reviewers are involved per paper and the time taken for reviews is one month. The final decision is taken by the Editor in Chief of the journal.
