Peer Review Process
The Educator Journal is a fully peer reviewed journal. After receiving articles from the contributors within the deadline they are broadly categorized according to the subject matter and language. The peer reviewed team then review each article based on their expertise, language, specialities and so on. Generally, three reviewers review the article before finalizing for the publication. Twenty days is given to the reviewers to review the one article. After the review, the article is sent to the author including the comments and suggestions from the reviewer and fifteen days is provided to include the comments and revise the manuscript. After receiving the revised draft from the author, the paper is sent for a secone round of review. The reviewers again study to check whether the feedback is incorporated or not. The necessary suggestions and comments will be given on the second draft and sent back to the author for final draft. After receiving the final file of the article, the three reviewers and the members of the editorial board decide on the publication based on proper quality and structure. We follow all the maxims of blind peer review and we duly inform the authors about the review process through article writing guidelines.
