Peer Review Process
We follow a rigorous and transparent peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of the article we publish. Our process aims to uphold high academic standards and promote constructive feedback for authors. Below is an outline of the steps involved in our peer review process:
1. Initial Submission and Editorial Assessment
- Upon submission, the manuscript undergoes an initial screening by the journal's editorial team to ensure it meets the basic requirements (formatting, originality, and adherence to the journal's scope).
- Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be returned to the authors with a request for revision or rejected without external review.
2. Assignment of Reviewers
- If the manuscript passes the initial screening, it is assigned to two expert reviewers who have relevant expertise in the subject area.
- The journal employs a double-blind peer review
- Reviewers are selected based on their expertise, impartiality, and availability.
3. Review Process
- Reviewers are asked to evaluate the manuscript based on several criteria, including originality, methodological rigor, significance of findings, clarity of writing, and scope of journal.
- Reviewers provide detailed feedback, highlighting the manuscript’s strengths and identifying areas for improvement. They may also suggest additional references or modifications to enhance the quality of the research.
- Each reviewer submits a recommendation, choosing one of the following options:
- Accept without revisions
- Accept with minor revisions
- Major revisions required
- Reject
4. Editorial Decision
- Once all reviews are submitted, the editor reviews the comments and recommendations provided by the reviewers.
- Based on these evaluations, the editor makes one of the following decisions:
- Accept: The manuscript is accepted as is or with minor revisions.
- Revise: The authors are requested to make minor or major revisions before a final decision is made.
- Reject: The manuscript does not meet the required standards for publication.
- In the case of revisions, the editor consolidates the feedback and provides the authors with clear instructions on what needs to be addressed in the revised manuscript.
5. Resubmission and Further Review (if applicable)
- If revisions are required, the authors are given a deadline to resubmit the revised manuscript. The revised version is then reviewed by the editorial team to assess whether the changes are satisfactory.
- For major revisions, the manuscript may undergo an additional round of peer review.
6. Final Decision
- Once the editor is satisfied with the revised manuscript, a final decision is made.
- If accepted, the manuscript proceeds to the production stage, where it is designed, proofread, and prepared for publication.
- The authors are notified of the final decision, and if accepted, are provided with details regarding the publication timeline.
