The International Research Journal of Management Science (IRJMS) is a management research journal published annually by the Nepal College of Management. The aim of this publication is to extract the ideas, opinions and thoughts of academicians to the business sector in Nepal and provide a platform to the scholars for disseminating research works. Members of academia and practitioners are welcome to submit their empirical and theoretical work on issues of current management and business in the Nepalese context. The journal is published annually.
Articles in the International Research Journal of Management Science are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.Â
The articles have to go a double-blind peer review process and are then subject to approval by the editorial board. Two reviewers review each paper. The peer-review process takes approximately 3 months to complete on average.
The opinions, description, analysis and views expressed in the papers are solely those of authors and do not necessarily reflects the views of the Nepal College of Management.
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
