Api Journal of Science (AJS) is a peer-reviewed multidisciplinary science journal published yearly by Research Management Cell (RMC), Siddhanath Science Campus, Mahendranagar, Tribhuvan University (T.U.), Nepal. AJS publishes original research papers, review articles, short communications/reports, comments, and letters to the editor on all topics of different subjects of Science and Technology viz. botany, chemistry, computer science, environment, geology, hydrology/meteorology, mathematics, microbiology, physics, statistics, zoology and allied fields.

AJS provides immediate open access to its online content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
The articles in AJS are published under a Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial 4.0 International Licence (CC BY-NC). This license enables reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator.

Following the submission of the article to the journal, the editorial board will check whether the submitted article is appropriate for the journal or not. The chief editor will assign the article to reviewers corresponding to the expertise of the reviewer. Generally, the article is sent to two reviewers; however, in the situation where it is deemed necessary, a third reviewer will also be assigned. The reviewers are given a month to review the article. Once the author submits the corrected paper addressing the reviewer's comment, it will be resent to the corresponding reviewers again to decide whether the manuscript has the potential for acceptance. Authors should incorporate all questions or should defend (clarify) reviewers' comments. However, the final decision to accept the paper for publication is taken by the chief editor. The review process generally takes 3 to 5 months.
