About the Journal
Focus and Scope
The Academic Journal of Mathematics Education is a peer reviewed publication of Council for Mathematics Education, Surkhet Branch that seeks to create the space to the professionals who want to grow as well as transform the logics within and across academic disciplines. It is published annually. It is interdisciplinary and bilingual in nature. Scholars are invited to submit theoretical and empirically-based research articles, book review, reflections and general works in several areas of mathematics education.
Vision
The journal is devoted to the mathematical sciences with mathematical treatment of questions arising in the real-life problems and it is determined by a principled view of scholars. We want to create a wide-ranging space for educators around different faculties to share ideas both across the fields of knowledge supportive process.
Publication Frequency
AJME is published annually in December.
Open Access Policy
AJME provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

The cost of a hard copy is Rs. 250 (Nepali) per piece.

Peer Review Policy
The Academic Journal of Mathematics Education is a double blind peer-review journal. Each paper is reviewed by two reviewers. Each reviewer gets two weeks to review the paper using the prescribed guideline and the editorial board makes the final decision about publication.

Copyright is transferred to the Academic Journal of Mathematics Education.
