About the Journal
Focus and Scope
Access is a double-blind Peer-reviewed Open Access International Journal published by Nepal Library Association, Kathmandu, Nepal. It aims at publishing articles to disseminate information pertaining to Libraries, Library and Information Science and Library professionalism.
Publication Frequency
Access is published annually.
Peer Review Process
Access uses a double-blind peer-review process and only one reviewer is assigned to each paper. The process normally takes between 3-4 weeks. Depending on the comments and suggestions made by the peer-reviewer, the Editor-in-Chief takes the final decision about whether or not an article will be accepted for publication.
Open Access Policy
Access is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. This license lets others remix, adapt, and build upon the articles non-commercially, and although their new works must also acknowledge the authors and be non-commercial, they don’t have to license their derivative works on the same terms.
