Abstract

Mastocytosis is a heterogenous group of diseases characterized by abnormal infiltration of mast cells in the skin and other organs. Urticaria Pigmentosa is the most common variant of cutaneous mastocytosis. We herein report a case of urticaria pigmentosa in a three year old boy.
