Journal of Business and Management Research (JBMR) is a double blind peer-reviewed scholarly journal published biannually by Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM), Nepal. The journal’s aim is to foster greater understanding of advancements in all areas of business and management by providing a platform to the scholars for disseminating their research works. JBMR welcomes empirical and theoretical research papers and literature reviews from academicians, practicing managers, and research scholars on issues of current interest in all sub-areas of business and management, especially in the Nepali and South Asian context.
The journal publishes two issues per year.
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
