PYC Nepal Journal of Management is a peer reviewed journal published by Research Department, Public Youth Campus, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. It is published with the primary objective of providing contemporary business issues to the academic and business community. It publishes research papers in full range of business, marketing, finance, banking, production management, operation management, technology management, retail and distribution, entrepreneurship, human relations, human resources, organizational theory and other subject related to business and administration.
