तबलावादन र मुद्राहरूको अन्तर्सम्वन्ध : एक अध्ययन (The Interrelationship of Tabla and Mudras: A Study)

Abstract

१८ औँ शताव्दीबाट सुरुवात भएको तबलावादनमा हातको महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका हुन्छ । अवनद्ध वाद्ययन्त्र अन्तर्गत पर्ने तबलामा वादन गरिन अधिकतम बोल तथा रचनाहरूको वादन हातका औंलाहरूको सञ्चालनमा निर्भर रहेको हुन्छ । उत्कृष्ट रूपमा तबलावादनका लागि सुरुवातदेखि नै वादनका क्रममा नारि, हत्केला, काँध, बस्ने तरिका लगायत हातका औँलाहरूलाई सहि रूपमा सञ्चालन गरेमा तबलावादनका क्रममा शारीरिक एवम् मानसिक कठिनाइ हुँदैन । त्यसकासाथै विभिन्न रचना वादन गर्दा हात रखाव तथा औंलाहरूको सञ्चालन निश्चित शैली अनुसार भएमा मात्र उत्कृष्ट प्रभाव पार्न सकिन्छ । तबलावादन प्रस्तुतिका क्रममा कलाकारको मुद्राले दर्शकहरूलाई सकारात्मक एवम् नकारात्मक प्रभाव पार्ने हुनाले तबला विषयका शिक्षक र विद्यार्थीहरूले सुरुवातदेखि नै मुद्रादोष नहोस् भनेर ध्यान पुर्याउनु आवश्यक हुन्छ । प्रस्तुत आलेखमा मुद्रा भन्नाले तबलावादनका क्रममा बस्ने तरिका, नारि, हातका औंलाहरू तथा वादनका समयमा परिवर्तन हुने मुखाकृति आदिलाई जनाइएको छ । मुद्राहरूमा हुन गएको परिवर्तनको सम्वन्धमा अध्ययन गर्नका लागि वर्तमान समयमा सर्व सुलभ रूपमा प्राप्त गर्न सकिने विश्व प्रसिद्ध कलाकारहरूको तबलावादनका क्रममा रेकर्ड भएका मुद्राहरूको विश्लेषणात्मक अवलोकन गरि उदाहरणका लागि केहि तस्वीर प्रस्तुत गरिएको छ । तबलावादनमा मुद्राहरूको उपयोग साथै प्रयोग र प्रभाव विषयलाई छलफलको प्रमुख विषय बनाएर लेखिएको प्रस्तुत आलेखले तबला विषयका विद्यार्थीहरूलाई महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी प्राप्त हुनुकासाथै शिक्षकहरूले शिक्षण, विद्यार्थीहरूले अभ्यास र दर्शकमाझ वादन प्रस्तुत गर्दा मुद्राहरूमा ध्यान दिन किन आवश्यक छ भन्ने सम्बन्धमा समेत प्रस्तुत लेख उपयोगि हुनेछ । लेख तयार गर्नका लागि द्वितीयक सामग्रीहरू तथा गुणात्मक विधिको प्रयोग गरिएको छ । अध्येता स्वयम् तबलावादक भएकोले आलेखमा अनुभवलाई पनि यथा स्थानमा प्रयोग गरिएको छ ।

In the best way, from the beginning of tabla playing, if the fingers, palm, shoulder, sitting position, etc. are correctly operated during playing, there will be no physical and mental difficulties during tabla playing. Along with that, when playing various compositions, the best effect can be achieved only if the hand position and the operation of the fingers are according to a certain style. Since the artist's posture during a tabla performance has a positive and negative effect on the audience, it is necessary for teachers and students of tabla to pay attention to avoid bad posture from the beginning. In this article, mudra refers to the manner of sitting while playing tabla, the posture, the fingers of the hand, and the facial expression that changes during playing. In order to study the changes that have taken place in the mudras, some pictures have been presented, for example by analyzing the mudras recorded during the tabla playing of world famous artists which can be easily obtained at the present time. The use of mudras in tabla playing, as well as the use and effect of the topic, is the main topic of discussion. This article will help tabla students get important information, as well as why it is necessary for teachers to pay attention to mudras while teaching, students practicing and presenting the instrument to the audience. Secondary materials and qualitative methods have been used to prepare the article. Since the scholar himself is a tabla player, experience has also been used in the article.)
