Call for Papers

The Research Management Cell at Baneshwor Multiple Campus is pleased to announce the forthcoming publication of the 4^th  volume of the Baneshwor Campus Journal of Academia. We invite professors, students, and staff to submit their original research articles, which should range between 5000 to 7000 words. The submission deadline for this invitation is set for 2081-11-30. Please note that articles received after this date cannot be considered for inclusion. Submitted articles should be scholarly, research-focused, and follow APA seventh edition formatting guidelines, including the exclusive use of Times New Roman font.

Author Guidelines for Baneshwor Campus Journal of Academia

Thank you for your interest in submitting your work to the Baneshwor Campus Journal of Academia (BCJA). As a multidisciplinary research journal, we welcome high-quality submissions across a wide range of academic disciplines. To ensure a smooth submission and review process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. General Submission Guidelines

• Eligibility: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
• Language: Manuscripts should be written in English.
• Ethical Standards: Authors must comply with ethical research practices, including proper citation, avoiding plagiarism, and disclosing conflicts of interest.
• Copyright: Author(s)

 

1. Manuscript Preparation

Structure

Manuscripts should include the following sections (as applicable):

1. Title Page:

• Title of the manuscript
• Full names, affiliations, contact details of all authors, email address and ORCID

Abstract:

• A concise summary of the research (150–250 words)
• Include key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions

Keywords:

• Provide 4–6 keywords to facilitate indexing

Introduction:

• Background, research problem, objectives, and significance

Methods:

• Detailed description of research design, data collection, and analysis

Results:

• Present findings clearly, supported by tables, figures, or charts where necessary

Discussion:

• Interpret results, compare with existing literature, and highlight implications

Conclusion:

• Summarize key findings and suggest future research directions

Acknowledgments (if applicable):

• Recognize funding sources, institutions, or individuals who contributed to the research

References:

• Follow the citation style specified in Section 4

Length

• Research articles: 3,000–8,000 words (excluding references)

1. Formatting Requirements

• Font: Times New Roman, 12-point
• Spacing: 1.15
• Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
• File Format: Submit in Microsoft Word-A4 (.doc or .docx)
• Figures and Tables:
  • High-resolution images (300 dpi or higher)
  • Include captions and ensure they are referenced in the text
• Equations: Use an equation editor for mathematical expressions

 

1. Citation and Referencing Style

BCJA uses the APA 7th Edition style for citations and references. Examples:

In-text Citation:

• Single author: (Smith, 2020)
• Two authors: (Smith & Jones, 2020)
• Three or more authors: (Smith et al., 2020)

Reference List:

1. Prepare your manuscript according to the guidelines.
2. Submit via the journal’s online submission system https://www.nepjol.info/index.php/bcja/about/submissions.

 

1. Peer Review Process

• All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process.
• Authors will receive feedback and may be asked to revise their manuscript.
• The editorial board makes the final decision on publication.
